The National Park Service, Catoctin Mountain Park, Thurmont, MD is Soliciting proposals for all labor, equipment, supplies and material to construct, deliver and install a prefabricated modular house on a Park provided foundation and join the two sections to include roofing, siding and utilities. The Park will install the foundation walls based on the modular house builder's requirements, and will complete all utility, water, sewer and electric connections to the underside of the house. This solicitation will be issued electronically, on the Department of the Interior (DOI)'s National Business Center (NBC) website, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with DOI are requested to register at the NBC site.
