This project is located on the Summit Ranger District of the Stanislaus National Forest. The site is reached via Highway 108, to the Summit Ranger District Station at the junction of Highway 108 and Pinecrest Lake Road. The work consists of constructing a new 1-story wood-framed building. Work includes but shall not be limited to concrete, structural steel, waterproofing, wood frame construction, asphalt composition roof, roof accessories, siding, exterior and interior trim, sheet metal, exterior insulated metal doors and frames, exterior sectional overhead doors and operating mechanisms, interior insulated metal doors and frames, interior solid core wood doors, clad wood windows, hardware, glazing, interior finishes, plumbing (LPG, supply and waste), HVAC systems, electrical systems, lighting, and communication systems.
