Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment an material, other than government furnished material, necessary to convert the 115 kV main and transfer portion of Phoenix Substation to 230 kV. This includes replacing a 230/115/12 kV transformer and removing two 115 kV breakers and installing t 230 kV breakers and installing three 230 kV switches. Transformer, breakers and switches will be furnished by the government. At Lone Butte Substation remove 115 kV shoo-fly poles, conductor and hardware. Unrestricted solicitation.
