Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, to construct 6 uncompacted embankment dams and 11 pits. The contractor will furnish an estimated quantity of 35,754 cubic yards of common excavation and 24,902 cubic yards of embankment uncompacted. The contractor will have 70 days to complete the project after the Notice to Proceed is issued. Awards over $25,000 require payment protection in the form of an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit or Payment Bond within 15 days after notification of award. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. See Note 1. This project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be available on June 12, 2003. No hard copies will be sent.
