Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies and materials, except for Government furnished property to construct 14 uncompacted embankment dams and 7 pits in North and South Phillips County, Montana. Contractor will furnish an estimated 35,704 cubic yards of Common Excavation and an estimated 21, 183 cubic yards of Embankment Uncompacted. Contractor will have 70 days to complete this project after notice to proceed is issued. Awards over $25,000 will require payment protection of 100% of the award amount and in the form of 1) Irrevocable Letter of Credit 2) Certificate of Deposit or 3) Payment Bond. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. See Note 1.
