SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE - PENITENTE SITE IMPROVEMENTS
Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for the Penitente Site Improvements, located approximately 2 miles west of La Garita, Colorado within Saguache County. The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to improve the existing Penitente Recreation Site.
The work consists of the following: - construction or improvement of roads and parking areas - removal and replacement of all existing tables, fire rings, grills and tent pads - remove and relocate two existing single panel kiosks - construct and install two new three panel kiosks and fee tubes - furnish and install two new single vault precast concrete toilets - remove and replace all current trash receptacles with bear proof containers - construct a new trail and pedestrian barrier - construct an interpretive display including installation of a Government-Furnished frame.
NAICS code is 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction); size standard is $33.5 million. Estimated period of performance is 130 calendar days. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $500,000.
