The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct roads, parking, and road improvements which includes kiosks, tables, fire rings, tent pads, toilet with ADA parking, trash cans, concrete wall interpretive display, and trail maintenance. The work is located in Saguache County, CO. This requirement is 100% Hubzone set-aside. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The anticipated period of performance is 80 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee- 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance Bonds 100% of the contract price.
