The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7, is soliciting bids to pave portions of the lot surrounding the Selawik National Wildlife Refuge administration building located in Kotzebue, Alaska. The work will include leveling the existing substrate with D1 fill and paving approximately 7,000 square feet of area around the building. The contract will include all labor, equipment and material. All work must be completed by December 31, 2005. The Construction Cost Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. 20% Bid Guarantee will be required as well as 100% Payment and 100% Performance Bonds.
