The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes, and determining whether to set-aside the requirement for small businesses. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington, DC is seeking specific eligible and qualified Small Businesses firms capable of performing the construction of the P542, TBS Fire Station, located at MCB Quantico, Quantico, Virginia In accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. All eligible and qualified Small Businesses, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Businesses, SBA certified HUB Zone Small Businesses, or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists.
