This acquisition is set-aside for Indian-owned and controlled concerns in accordance with the Buy-Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47). Construction to install 1/LS Degasifier tower; 1/LS clearwell and appurtenances; 1/LS control panels and pumphouse control modifications; 150/LF – 4” PVC and appurtenances; 4/EA - 4” gate valves; 160/LF chain link fencing, hydro-seed all disturbed areas at the Five Cedars Housing Community. Construction to install 1/LS Soda ash injection assembly, including feed pump, solution vat, batch mixer, plumbing, and soda ash storage area, complete with appurtenances and pumphouse at the Rutsatz Road Housing Community. The complete and operational systems are located on the Nooksack Indian Reservation, Whatcom County, Washington. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. The estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Liquidated damages apply. The Buy American Act applies. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers and subcontractors is required, including meeting Nooksack Tribal Ordinances.
