This is a Sources Sought announcement and is for informational purposes only. This is Not a Request for Proposals. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, desires to identify only HUBZONE certified businesses that are capable of providi ng the following construction services: Construct a museum support facility to provide curation, conservation and storage of historical artifacts and art. Includes conservation of manuscripts, associated paper materials, and objects; research areas; offi ces and associated spaces to support the Army Heritage Center and other Army Historical activities in coordination with the Center of Military History. Evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicittion package. The estimated construction price rang e is from $10-25M. The NAICS Code is 236220 with a size standard of $31,000,000. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. After review of the HubZone certified businesses that respond to this Sources Sought announcement, the Government will determine the set-aside status of the proposed solicitation. This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information solicited.
