Murphy Bottomless Concrete Stocktanks Project: This project consists of installing two 21', bottomless, 10-gauge steel-rimmed livestock water tanks in the Murphy grazing allotment on the Pawnee National Grassland. One tank will be completed ready to plumb into a new water pipeline that will tie-in from the southwest to the tank in Section 31. Another tank will be completed ready to plumb in from the northeast and the southeast between two new water lines to be installed after the tanks are constructed. This project is located on the Murphy grazing allotment located approximately one hour northeast from Greeley, Colorado, due east of Ault, Colorado on Colorado Highway 14. Murphy location: T8N, R62W, Sections 31 and 1, which can be found by driving north of Highway 14 on County Raod 77 for three miles and turning left (west) and following County Road 96 for approximately two miles. These tanks will be new stocktanks located at approximately the center of Section 1, and the southeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 31. The estimated cost of this project is below $25,000.
