Murphy Pipeline Project: The Pawnee National Grassland has a reqirement for installing two pipelines to livestock water tanks in the Murphy grazing allotment. ONe pipeline will be installed from the stocktank in approximately Section 7, T8N, R62W and will run one mile northwest to the center of Section 1, T8N, R62W and plumbed into a new stocktank. Another pipeline will be installed from the above location in Section 1 and will run approximately one mile northeast to another new stocktank in the SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 31, all in the Murphy allotment. The Murphy grazing allotment is located approximately one hours northeast drive from Greeley, Colorado, due east of Ault, Colorado on Colorado Highway 14. Murphy location: T8N, R62W Sections 31 and 1, which can be found by driving north of Highway 14 on County Road 77for three miles and then turning left (west) and following county road 96 for approximately two miles. The desired start of work date for this project is September 1, 2003. THe desired contract time is 120 days. The Government cost estimate for this project is under $25,000.
