As the result of this RFQ, the BLM intends to award a single firm fixed price contract to abandon an existing failed well and to complete the construction of one approximately 110 foot deep water well. The work shall include the installation of 20 foot pipe from the pitless adaptor including a curb stop. The work shall also include installation of a submersible pump and solar power generation unit with a steel panel enclosure to surround and protect the photovoltaic system. Details attached.
