Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials, with the exception for Government furnished property, to install approximately 240 feet of corrugagted HDPE pipe with 45 degree elbows in 3 small sediment detention ponds and a drainage cut. Excavate approximately 1.5 surfaces acres with two feet of clean approved soil, backfill two sloped storage pits, mulch, seed and fertilize approximately four surface acres of designated disturbed areas. Remove, let down or reconstruct approximately 17 rods of existing 4-wire fence for construction access, construct approximately 45 rods of 4-wire barbed fence for construction access, construct approximately 45 rods of 4-wire barbed wire fence around new boundary area and 80 rods of 4-wire around Pond No. 3. Location is the Mosby Jet Fuel Refinery located one mile north of State Highway 200, approximately 80 miles east of Lewistown, MT., and 50 miles southwest of Jordan, MT., in Garfield County, Montana. The contractor will have 44 days to complete the project after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The cost estimate of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Awards over $25,000 will require payment protection in the form of Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposite, or Payment Bonds within 15 days of notification of award. The proposed award is 100 percent set aside for small business concern. The solicitation will be available on April 6, 2005. No hard copies will be sent.
