Schedule A includes furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct 1,050 linear feet of aggregate trail, including testing, surveying, watering, aggregate, and other incidental work; one 18-inch and one 72-inch metal pipe culvert; and four 12' square picnic shelters at Mackay Reservoir Recreation Site. Schedule B includes hardening the aggregate trail with 3 inches of asphalt concrete pavement. Work under this contract is located in Custer County, Idaho. Work at Mackay Reservoir Recreation Site is located 6 miles west of Mackay, Idaho along Highway 93. Performance Period is Schedule A - 60 Calendar days; Schedule A & B - 100 Calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
