Kimama Fire Station - Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to construct a fire station. Work includes but is not limited to site grading, trenching, excavation and backfilling for structures, utilities, concrete, aggregate surfacing, landscaping, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical. Work under this contract is located in Lincoln County, Idaho, and is accessible via County Road 600W. This project is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Government Estimate is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The period of performance is 300 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (including 120 calendar days for seasonal climatic conditions that may occur and restrict or prohibit normal construction activities). Bonds are required as follows: 20% of the bid price for the bid guarantee, 100% of the contract amount for the both the payment and performance bonds. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. This registration is necessary to receive notification of amendments, contract award, and will facilitate payment.
