Kane Gulch Paving - The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to prepare a base course for approximately 31,301 square feet of road and parking lot; pave with asphalt approximately 31,301 square feet of road and parking lot; install approximately 575 linear feet of concrete ribbon wall; and surface with base course approximately 2800 square feet of overflow parking area. The work is located in San Juan County, UT. This requirement is a 100% HubZone Set-Aside. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The anticipated period of performance is 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price.
