The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation services and supplies required to construct a 24' x 24' 1 ½ story Ranger Station at Isle Au Haut, within Acadia National Park. The work includes establishing survey control; excavating and grubbing site; construction of the wood frame structure to include all interior finishes, construction of a deck and exterior stair, installing gravel walks and a culvert, limited landscaping, installing electrical and mechanical systems, relocation of the existing water treatment facilities and radio repeater, rerouting electrical and telephone service lines, and replacing site electrical circuits. The contract also includes providing and installing a flag pole and bike rack, installing a government furnished sign, and demolition of an existing shed and shelter roof. Boat/Barge transportation of all equipment and materials onto island, all debris off the island, and personnel shall be included in the contract price.
