The Northwest Fisheries Science Center at Manchester Field Station and Burley Creek satellite are in need of new fencing and gates. The principal work is to provide security fencing and gates around building and parking lot area (seven foot high fence), property boundary (four foot high fence), and retention pond (four foot high fence) at the Manchester Research Station Burley Creek Satellite (11421 Bethel Burley Road, Port Orchard, WA). The work also provides for the installation of a main security entrance gate and walk gate with fencing to the main Manchester Research Station site (7305 Beach Drive, Port Orchard, WA 98367). The installation of these gates and fencing will provide mandated security protection from intrusion and allow automatic access when used with proximity card system. This requirement will be competed as an Invitation for Bid in accordance with FAR Part 14. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business.
