The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes but is not limited to the following: Construct 13 .1 miles of 115-kV transmission line; furnish and install conductor, overhead ground wire, optical overhead ground wire, insulator assemblies and miscellaneous transmission line hardware. The work is located near Wiggins, CO in Morgan County, CO. The estimated order of magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation is issued unrestricted. Project Specifications and drawings will be issued hard-copy, and Western Construction Standards and Specifications will be issued in CD Format.
