The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and incidental supplies necessary for the Construction of Two Communications Sites: No. 1 - The Houston Communications Site on the Brownstown Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest in Jackson County, Indiana and No. 2 - The Spears Communications Site on the Tell City Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest in Crawford County, Indiana. Construction of the communications sites shall include, but is not limited to, THE FOLLOWING FOR EACH SITE: 1) One 196’ (Approximately) self-supporting tower; 2) Coaxial cable and antenna; 3) One 10’ x 12’ concrete equipment building, pre-fabricated and pre-wired with heat and air-conditioning; 4) Perimeter fence with gate; 5) Parking lot for 4-5 vehicles; and 6) Minor road work, including surfacing. The approximate cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be available both electronically and hard copy.
