The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to design and build an 86 bed modular hospital facility; hospital equipment is NOT included within this project. LSA Anaconda Hospital Facility will include multiple offices and latrines, Radiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory, outpatient and physical therapy clinics, medical maintenance area, food service area and parking area. Facility is to be connected to local electric grid, and have back-up power generation. Estimated cost range of project is more than $10,000,000. LSA Anaconda is located near Balad, Iraq. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Germany will be the procuring office.
