The basic requirements of this approximate 1,100 SF building include the following scope items: Site preparation, Building foundation construction, MEP service connections, Enclosed 1000SF structure with open vestibule located at the entrance; Roof to withstand 175 PSF for snow loads; Men¿s room equipped with 4 urinals, 2 toilet stalls, and three sinks; Women¿s room with 6 toilet stalls and three sinks; Family restroom with one toilet and diaper changing station; Janitor¿s closet with mop sink; Complete interior MEP installation; Two wall mounted drinking fountains; Fully ABA compliant toilet fixtures. The NAICS code for this project is 236220, with a size standard of $36.5M. The project magnitude is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance will be the summer of 2017.
