The basic requirements of this approximate 1,100 SF building include the following scope items: Site preparation, Building foundation construction, MEP service connections, Enclosed 1000SF structure with open vestibule located at the entrance; Roof to withstand 175 PSF for snow loads; Menÿs room equipped with 4 urinals, 2 toilet stalls, and three sinks; Womenÿs room with 6 toilet stalls and three sinks; Family restroom with one toilet and diaper changing station; Janitorÿs closet with mop sink; Complete interior MEP installation; Two wall mounted drinking fountains; Fully ABA compliant toilet fixtures.
