The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Cruces Field Office, has a requirement for road work. Description of work is to furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials for mowing and grubbing part of Aguirre Springs Road and apply a fog seal to portions of the road. Work also includes protecting existing raised reflective markers and re-stripping roadway and all other work as shown on the drawing and as stated in the General Requirements. This is a Total Bid - All or None quote. Specific details for all needed work will be provided in the General Requirements of the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis. This solicitaion will be available on or about August 5, 2002.
