This project involves constructing on each campbround/rest area one 6 inch diameter potable water well to depth of up to 200 feet. Construct concrete slab and drain flush with finish grade at wellhead. Install handpump as shown on the drawings in Section J. Item 01 is Wolf Creek Campground located in Paulina, Oregon, Ochoco National Forest; Item 02 is Allen Springs Campground located in Sisters, Oregon, Deschutes National Forest; Item 03, Indian Ford Campground, Sisters Ranger District, Deschutes National Forest; Bandit Springs Rest Area, Lookout Mtn. Ranger District, Prineville, Oregon, Ochoco National Forest; Idlewild Campground, Emigrant Creek Ranger District, Harney County, Malheur NF; Raddue Guard Station, North Fork John Day RD' Grant County, Malheur National Forest; and, Wickiup Campground, North Fork John Day RD; Grant County, Malheur NF. This project is an indefinite quantities contract. The minimum award will be one well with task orders to order additional wells based on funding. Work will begin approximately mid June.
