Dikes, Revetments, Bendway Weirs, and Dike Notching, Mississippi River Mile 195.0 to 98.6 Work consists of, but is not limited to, repairing dikes and revetments, and dike notching. EPA designated items are not required for this project. This procurement is unrestricted under the Demonstration Program. Estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitations will be available on line through the St. Louis District website at http://www.mvs.usace.army.mil/ on or about 10 January 2007, with bid opening on or about 9 February 2006. If you are a large business and your bid will exceed $1,000,000 you are required to submit a subcontracting plan.
