General Description for ANP BP Battalion HQ+Co. Pachiragam, Nangarhar

This project consists of the design and construction of site improvements and construction of facilities to support the Afghanistan Border Police in Afghanistan at a cost of $10-25M. This project is defined as the management, design, material, labor, and equipment to design and construct and/or refurbish all utilities, roads, buildings, force protection measures, site security, de-mining activities, and other features as referenced herein.

The award for this procurement will be made in accordance with the applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations. The applicable NAICS code is 236220. The magnitude of this requirement is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The proposed contract will be awarded using best value evaluation methods.
