This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. This SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS is a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify SMALL BUSINESS contractors with experience and qualifications recognized by the Municipal Sewer District (MSD), St Louis, Missouri.

Description of Work: Work consists of rehabilitating MSD sewers by doing various repairs including void repairs, external chemical grouting, cement grouting of voids, replacement of lateral sewers, repair of lateral sewer connections, and interior sealing of manholes. Also included in this work are reinforced concrete invert, reinforced shotcrete liners (10 inch), shotcrete mortar protection, bypass pumping, sewer pipe (12, 15, 18 and 8 Inch) and protection and restoration of site..
