The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue a Firm Fixed Unit Price contract, based on quantity surveys. The contract shall be awarded in January/February 2005. The scope of work requires the successful Contractor to construct a 5,000 square meter, four level unclassified office building. Poured in place concrete super structure with Jerusalem stone veneer and common Class B office building interior finishes. Entry courtyards and Compound Access Control facilities included in this work. Most site work, road work, landscaping, furniture and furnishings, by others. Coordination with a site work and foundation work contractor already on site will be required. Complete electronic Drawings and Specifications will be issued with the request for proposal. Documents prepared by a local Israeli A/E and fully reviewed by OBO. Zoning approval by the Jerusalem city authorities has been obtained and is in place. A pre-construction conference and site visit is scheduled for December 15, 2004, details of which will be announced. The estimated price for this project is between $5 and $10 million U.S. Dollars for the entire project. Proposals will be due in January, 2005 and the contract will be awarded shortly thereafter.
