This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. This Sources Sought Synopsis is a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify Small Business Contractors with experience and qualifications for lock and dam walkway slot and gatewell slot repairs. The construction effort will be for the main lock at Lock 27, Granite City, Il. Submit a minimum of two and a maximum of four slot repairs for a lock and dam.
One contract is planned for a solicitation posted on FEDBIZOPPS approximately 15 July and award approximately 15 Sep12. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Synopsis. The Government requests interested firms submit one (1) copy of their business size, CCR registration, NAICS code, Point of Contact, capability, and experience response no later than 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, on June 7, 2012.
