The successful contractor must provide all necessary management, quality control, labor, materials, and equipment required to construct the New Driver Training Range and supporting infructure. The Response Range will be approximately 1.1 miles in length and shall have an asphalt driving surface,asphalt shoulders, rumble strips, and pavement markings, signage, and traffic control devices. The NEVO Range shall be approximately 9,750 square yards in size and shall have an asphalt driving surface with extensive pavement markings. The Skid Pan will be approximately 5,000 square yards in size and shall have a concrete surface, a water supply system to continuously providewater to the entire surface, and an asphalt apron around the perimeter pad. The Urban Grid/Traffic Circle will have an asphalt driving surface, landscaped berms, pavement markings, signage, and traffic control devices. SIC Code is 1611 and the NAICS is 23411. This solicitation will be a BEST VALVE PROCUREMENT. Offerors will be required to submit technical and cost proposals. The advertised price range is between 1 and 5 million dollars. This solicitation will only be available on a CD.
