The NEVO Range shall be approximately 9,750 square yards in size and shall have an asphalt driving surface with extensive pavement markings. The Skid Pan will be approximately 5,000 square yards in size and shall have a concrete surface, a water supply system to continuously providewater to the entire surface, and an asphalt apron around the perimeter pad.
