Funds are not currently available for this solicitation and have not been promised or guaranteed. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or CSC should funding not be provided. In the absence of funding no contract will result. This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct concrete curb and gutters and asphalt parking lot. Includes storm drainage work, area light poles and associated electrical, parking line striping and other work in accordance with the plans and specifications to provide a complete project. Project will be bid with option for a portion of the parking area that may or may not be built should funding not be forth coming. Also included as an option is colored stamped concrete walk areas.
