Construction of a 13,892 square meter (149,456 Square feet) masonry and structural steel consolidated maintenance facility to consolidate the facilities engineering and vehicle maintenance functions. The project includes the new CMF (including parki ng lots, 147 square meters (1,581 square feet) of canopies/covered space, tractor/salts sheds, etc.), a separate Product Test Center 1,246 square meters (13,600 square feet), site preparation and improvements, site utilities, and demolition of Warehouse 1 and 14 smaller buildings. Built-in equipment includes hoists and bridge cranes, compressed air piping, dust collection system, oil and grease delivery system, and vehicle exhaust ventilation system. Work also includes separate fuel dispensing station, wa sh bay, tractor shed, and a salt storage shed and connection to all utilities.
