Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, and incidental supplies necessary to perform Celina Lake Dam Improvements on the Tell City Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest in Perry County, Indiana. Work shall include, but is not limited to, 1) construct reverse filter, rock lined ditch, and rock filled berm; 2) construct and reconstruct cut-off ditch on edge of spillway.
