The National Gallery of Art has the requirement for carpentry services for the exhibitions at the Gallery. It is anticipated that the negotiated contract will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) contract with task orders issued for each project. The contract will include a base period and four option years. The evaluation factors for award will include past performance of similar types of work. The Gallery reserves the right to issue multiple awards for this requirement. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about August 30,2002.
