WASHINGTON METROPOLITAN AREA TRANSIT AUTHORITY IFB-FN5074/KAM - Bus Body Shop Modifications (Bus II) Pennsy Drive Facility WMATA is soliciting sealed bids for the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, storage, permits, transportation, and other items necessary to modify the Bus II Maintenance building and property at the Pennsy Drive Facility to allow for body work, painting, and service of Diesel and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) busses and for service, maintenance, and storage of non-revenue vehicles. The Contractor shall be responsible for completion of the work as indicated in the Specifications and on the Contract Drawings. The contract is broken into a Base Bid and eleven (11) Options. Estimated cost range is over $10,000,000. Work to be completed within 270 Calendar Days after NTP.
