Burley Roof-The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to: replacean existing steel roof with standing seem roof panels. The work is located in (Cassia County, Idaho). This requirement is set-aside for the HubZone Program. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price.
