Construct a wood frame one-story office building at the Chelatchie Prairie Administrative Site on the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The facility will serve as the administrative office for the Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument. The 10,740 square foot building is designed with a North Pacific or Cascadian architectural theme.
Also included shall be site preparation, sidewalks, a courtyard at the rear entrance, connection to city water, construction of a sewage pump station and sewer pipeline, telecommunication service from the local serving utility, connection to existing power, information kiosk and smoking kiosks. Location: The Chelatchie Prairie Admnistrative Site is located approximately 38 miles northwest of Vancouver, Washington, off State Highway 503.
