The Afghanistan Engineering District (AED) intends to design and construct a Border Patrol (BP) Company Headquarters at Imam Sahib in Kunduz. The contract is planned to be awarded under the Full and Open, Low Price Technically Available (FO, LPTA) acquisition strategy. This project is defined as the materials, labor, and equipment to designed construct all utilities, roads, supporting buildings, security measures, site security, de-mining activities, and other features as referenced in the solicitation.
