Removal of existing high pressure pipeline and replacement of high pressure pipeline will be installed in the vicinity of the Cliffside Camp, 15 miles northwest of Amarillo, TX. The Government Estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bonds will be required. This project is available to all responsive, responsible offerors who submit a bid under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
