The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) has a requirement to procure the laboratory equipment/instruments listed below, manufactured by Applied Scientific Instrumentation. All equipment will be used to upgrade the lab's existing imaging setup built around the Zeiss AxioObserver D1 inverted microscope. All equipment must be compatible with the existing system.

QTY ONE (1) EA: Three axis stage controller for use with closed loop D.C. Servo motor stages, and Z-axis drive (part number MS3)
QTY ONE (1) EA: Closed loop XY stage with rotary encoders for Zeiss Axiovert 200 microscope (part number S41621000)
QTY ONE (1) EA: Piezo Z top plate option. Top plate with piezo Z positioning with sub-nanometer accuracy (part number PZ2150)
QTY ONE (1) EA: XY-Axis Linear Encoder option with 100 mm stroke. Encoder resolution is 20nm, and resolution at specimen area of stage is 50nm (part number LE-XY)
QTY ONE (1) EA: CRISP System. Option for standard MS-2000 system. Option includes: CRISP module with LED light source and position sensitive photo detector. Dichric mirror for DCMS beamsplitter. 850nm LED standard. MS2000 controller CRISP electronics and firmware (part number CRISP)
QTY ONE (1) EA: Dual C-mount splitter to couple CRISP to microscope photo-port (part number DCMS)
QTY ONE (1) EA: The Si-INV-UNI has a set of adjustable slides that allow it to accept a number of different size slides and smaller petri dishes (part number I-3091)
