CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES FOR POIPU SAFETY AND MOBILITY PROJECT The County of Kaua’i is seeking Construction Management services for the POIPU SAFETY AND MOBILITY PROJECT. Work will include construction management and construction quality assurance services to ensure construction is performed in compliance with construction and related environmental requirements for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funded project. The project is funded through grants from the FHWA; Federal Aid Project No.: STP-0520(004). The estimated construction cost is $40,000,000. The contract will be a Project-specific contract which is a contract between the contracting agency and consultant for the performance of services and defined scope of work related to a specific project. The contract will be paid under the time and material payment method. The final negotiated scope of work will establish the extent, scope, complexity, character, and duration of the work to be contracted. Campaign contributions by State and County Contractors .
