The U S Naval Hospital, Guam INTENDS to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price for Drop Shipment of Xerox paper, two (2) pallets (40 cases per pallet) total of 80 cases on every 15th of every month.  The demand depends on the usage of the Command. This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.  The requsted items shall be comparable to the existing equipments utilizec by the Command (Xerox Copiers).   Utilizing suggested source eliminates the down time of equipments, saves govenement's time and enhanced the hospital mission of patient care.  The main manufacturer of equipments at Command is Xerox.   This is NOT a request for proposals.  No solicitation will be issued.  Determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
