The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable of providing maintenance and repairs on the following equipment: Docucolor 240, Docucolor 7000 Digital Color Press, Horizon Bookletmaker attached to Docucolor 7000, 4110 Copier/Printer, Nuvera 120 Digital Prod System, Bourg Bookletmaker with Square Edge attached to Nuvera 120, FreeFlow Makeready, Standalone Bourg Bookletmaker with Square Edge, Colorworks 8000 Bookletmaker, and Bourg 3001 Perfect Binder. Sources must be certified to work on the above equipment. This Sources Sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 2:00 PM local time on August 12, 2008. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
