Proposals to lease the first floor of its building at Xenia Station, 150 N Miami Avenue, to a food and/or drink service business will be received at the City Clerk's Office, 107 E Main Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 until Monday, June 24, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. The City of Xenia intends to lease the first floor of its building at Xenia Station, 150 N Miami Avenue, to a food and/or drink service business. The City seeks proposals from such a business and will select a successful proposal pursuant to the criteria contained in the RFP.
