The Orlando Veterans Healthcare system is currently seeking a new lease with a minimum of 6,000 net usable square feet (NUSF) to a maximum of 6,300 net usable square feet of medical space within the desired delineated area below. On-site parking for 42 vehicles is required. A full-service lease for up to 5 years will be considered with three (3) year firm. Proposed Property shall not be located within the 100-year flood plain. Net usable square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code. To be considered, space must be within or bordering/facing the delineated area as follows: North: NASA Causeway South: Roy Wall Blvd East: A-1A West: I-95 To be included in initial considerations, interested offerors shall address ALL requirement of the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) 36C24823R0022.
