This is a request for information only – not a solicitation for offersThe USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service is interested in leasing approximately, 3725 net usable square feet of first class office space in Webster, South Dakota. Occupancy of the leased space would be required by October 1, 2006. The space must be first class space, conform to Government specifications, be located within the city limits of Webster (or within 1 mile of the city limits), and be fully serviced. The space must be contiguous with on-site contiguous parking for 27 vehicles and which also provides pull-through parking for large trucks, horse trailers, etc. The space must be fully handicapped accessible.
