The office space must be first-class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building. The space must yield a minimum of 11,845 to a maximum of 12,437 occupiable square feet for the agency’s personnel and equipment. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space must be contiguous, on one floor. In addition, parking must be on-site to accommodate 75 vehicles. Occupancy is desired by the Second quarter 2008 for a lease term of Fifteen years, Ten years firm. The General Services Administration is not using tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions at this time. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
