The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) John D. Dingell Medical Center (JDDVAMC) intends to contract with the Masonic Temple Association for lease of space and provision of production services. The contract period is expected to be approximately January 1, 2012 through February 12, 2012. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This procurement is based on the determination that the government's minimum needs can best be satisfied by services available from only one source. __________ This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
